Which tickets are still available on site?
The online pre-sale has ended. Here you can see the availability of the respective tickets, which you can buy directly on site (and without prior reservation). This is updated every morning and is always valid for 24 hours. In other words: if you are looking for tickets for Friday on Thursday afternoon, for example, and they are displayed as "available", you can simply come by on Friday and buy tickets. It is not necessary to contact us beforehand.

Where and when can I buy these tickets?
Online pre-sales are closed, so you can only buy tickets directly at the box offices on site. Either in the lobby of the Hotel "Colosseo" or in the foyer of the "Confertainment Center" near the main entrance of Europa-Park. Simply come directly to one of the two festival information desks (please note the different opening hours). Day visitors can park in the main Europa-Park parking lot (hotel guests can also park in the hotel's own parking lots).

How can I use the online presale in the future?
Online advance booking not only secures you a ticket far in advance, but also saves you a lot of money. There are individual price levels in the months before the festival starts - the earlier you book, the cheaper the tickets. If you want to be reminded automatically in time for the start of the presale, sign up at the very bottom of this page by clicking on the button "Newsletter" - and we will send you an email with direct access to the ticket booking when the time comes.
