I transferred too late, is my ticket still valid?

Yes, the ticket is valid - we will always contact you again to make sure before a final cancellation.

Unfortunately I have to cancel, how do I do that?

Write us an e-mail(shop@gutmann-events.de) with your booking number and your name and also tell us which tickets you would like us to cancel (in the case of partial cancellations). You do not have to not and you will receive 75% of the paid fee back.

I can't find my ticket / haven't received a confirmation email - what now?

Did the confirmation e-mail end up in your spam folder? If not, write us an e-mail(shop@gutmann-events.de) and we will send it to you again.

Can't find your e-ticket anymore? No problem, you can use this link to download your e-tickets or have them sent to you again by e-mail.

Depending on your selection, you will receive an e-mail in a few minutes, either with the tickets attached or a link to download your tickets. Please also check your SPAM folder!
