EXPERIENCE LIVE
On four evenings (from Wednesday to Saturday), you will have the opportunity to dance to your heart's content with new input from the workshops. From 7:00 p.m., numerous dance floors await you at the Confertainment Center.
We're kicking things off with two social floors (EP Arena 1: West Coast Swing & EP Arena 2: "all styles in the mix") at 7 p.m. sharp.
After the shows (all information can be found here), around 10 p.m., all other areas will open until 1 a.m. In addition, the West Coast Swing, Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba areas will remain open until 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Please note: On all four evenings, thelast EP Express in the direction of the hotels departs at midnight.
Pre-Party
on Monday at the "Bell Rock" Hotel - Bar Spirit of St. Louis
Many guests arrive the evening before the festival so that they can start the first day of the festival in a relaxed manner. We want to welcome you and invite you to the pre-party at the "Bell Rock" hotel. You don't even need your ticket for this - the party is open to all dance fans and admission is free, so you can come along spontaneously even if you arrive at night.
In the "Spirit of St. Louis" bar (on the first floor, directly opposite the main entrance) you can dance to "all styles in the mix" from 9 pm to 1 am : Salsa, Discofox, Swing, WCS & Co.
Festival Opening Party
on Tuesday at the Hotel "Colosseo"
For the festival opening party on Tuesday, we welcome you to the "Colosseo" bar in the hotel of the same name. The elevators, directly to the left after the main entrance in the lobby of the hotel, will take you to the 5th floor.
From 9 pm to 1 am , it's "all styles in the mix": Salsa, Discofox, Swing, WCS & Co. The party has free entry and is open to all dance enthusiasts!
Gala-Partys
from Wednesday to Saturday
Enjoy your favorite dances in the unique atmosphere of Europa-Park Center. From 7 to 10 p.m. , we will be opening two social floors for you: West Coast Swing in the EP Arena 1 hall and "all styles in the mix" in the EP Arena 2 hall: salsa, disco fox, swing, and more.
From 10 p.m., additional dance floors will open where you can practice what you learned during the day – until 1 a.m.
In addition, the West Coast Swing, Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba areas will remain open until approximately 3:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Please note: The last EP Express train to the hotels leaves at 12:30 a.m. Alternatively, you can take your car and Europa-Park it in the main parking lot at Europa-Park . Guests staying at the West Coast Swing areas, which are open longer, must organize their own return trip to the hotels after 12:30 a.m. The walk back to the Hotel Colosseo can be done in a brisk 15 minutes.

Bar Colosseo
From Wednesday to Saturday, the after-show party starts every evening around midnight in the hotel bar "Colosseo". This actually "unofficial" event has become indispensable for many guests - and is an integral part of the festival day. Admission is free.
Please note: Last round 2.30 am - "lights on" and the party ends at 3.00 am sharp.
